Why Does The Lotus Flower Tattoo Make a Powerful Statement?

         One of my personal favorites is the lotus flower tattoo, they are nice looking designs, they tend to be like and tattooed mainly on women, the lotus flower tattoo usually is incorporated with another tattoo, the lotus flower tattoo is also usually placed on the back, shoulder, or upper neck.

 The thing that concerns me when looking at lotus tattoo designs is that it needs a lot of attention, they are beautiful and the lotus flower is full of colour, there seems to me no point in having black and white lotus tattoo designs, as what's the point of a lotus tattoo design in black and white when they are a colorful flower.

                                   The reason they are so popular is due to their color, so personally i would stick to color. You could also have one tattooed on your legs, if that is what you like but then again its a personal choice when choosing the lotus flower tattoo.

                                                                                    As im sure you know by seeing some of the tattoo artist's designs, is that not all tattoos are made equal or should i say designed equel, infact not one tattoo is ever alike.

               Consider this, though you might get a lotus flower tattoo design that could look like someone else's lotus flower tattoo design, chances are these lotus flowers will never be in exactly the same place and they will never ever be the exact same color, there fore they are 100%unique and they will have a different look or  feel on your body than the person who was in the tattoo parlour an hour before you.

  Flower or floral tattoos have become extremely popular in recent years, more so among woman and especially teenage / middle age woman, but the lotus is no ordinary flower, infact its so distinct that it has been praised by cultures for millennia

                                                                                  There are several variations of the lotus flower spanning several thousand years before Christ was even around. There is the Egyptian lotus flower, eastern lotus flower, Christian lotus flower and the well known yoga lotus flower, though i must mention some of these "lotus flowers" are not so much flowers but actual honor the lotus flower emblem and hold them sacred like the yoga lotus flower.

          For example the yogis believe the following of the lotus flower and hence their important significance of the lotus flower, the Indian believe the Lotus flower symbolizes divinity, fertility, wealth, knowledge and enlightenment. It is associated with the goddess of wealth, Maha Lakshmi, who brings prosperity, purity and generosity. She sits on a fully blossomed lotus flower, symbolizing purity, beauty and everything that is good.
